Upgrading from an old 360.
I've had this for a couple of weeks now and a new 4k ultra TV, this was a major upgrade in the gaming and playing on a 65' TV, this goes way beyond going from dvd to blueray.

This console works great. I love all of the content it packs in, and the 1 terabyte harddrive is a great feature. I enjoyed playing Battlefield 1 with any aquad you join up with. The console however, does have some overheating issues. I found that the fan can not support the amount of heat the console gives of in sessions more than an hour or two. However, sessions these long are rare, so, not a big problem. If I do play longer than an hour, i just point a small desktop fan at the air intake. Cools it right off.

Bought this a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I caught it on sale with a free game as well as deals on other accessories. Backwards compatibility has brought several of my 360 games to play on my OneS. Still waiting on Black Ops 2.
Not that great.
I bought an Xbox One 3 weeks ago and already it's causing me problems. This past Monday I noticed a sound coming from the Xbox but the sound was not there before and it came Outta nowhere. I'm pretty upset because I spent $300 to get one brand new so I shouldn't be having any problems when I haven't even had a chance to use it that much.

Great basic shooter without the fluff.
I really like this game. Graphics are great, the campaign is fun, and its nice having a basic shooter with no gadgets and jet packs. Old guns and tanks, are great, and I can actually fly the Biplanes. Controls work well. I rated in 4 instead of 5 because there are some relatively long load times, but really who cares.

Very pleased switching from Call of Duty.
This was my first Battlefield game as I have been primarily a Call of Duty player over the past. But since the current direction of Call of Duty has turned me away from the franchise I decided to try out Battlefield 1 and was not disappointed! The gameplay to me is much more smooth and more fun than any current Call of Duty game!

This is the WWI shooter you have been waiting for.
I have been waiting for the big shooters to get their heads out of only the future and get back to WWI, WWII, or something we haven't seen in a AAA shooter do. Well I guess DICE was listening. Played some of the Beta and while buggy, this already feels like an amazing game. I am hooked.

The campaign is made up of 6 different character story lines having a different preservative of the war which can be played in any order. The campaign is a little short though. Online is fun but is sometime chaotic leading you to die from any direction which can get annoying. Graphics are the same or better than Star Wars Battlefront. If you are a fan of previous Battlefield games or need a new FPS, I would suggest purchasing this game.

awesome product much smaller than gen 1 xbox one console controller is much better to hold with a nice feel console arrived very quickly overall a very happy customer just a quick note item doesn't come with a stand which is a shame but I knew this before purchase.
Excellent a real show piece.
Quite how they fitted everything into this is a credit to Microsoft, sleek, cool design, takes pride and place at the side of TV. No external power pack to hide and keeps cool, really cool, left on full power for 7 days while I re-downloaded all my games, no heat or noise, amazing! Recognised my 4K TV without prompting this is what it was made for, perfect!

Great machine, sleek design. Looks amazing and improves games to 4k via upscaling. You will need a compatible 4k TV though to make the most of it. HDR is impressive too. Especially with forza 3. Also if upgrading from xbox one you will have to order a free kinect adaptor to use the kinect on this.

Love the design. Sleek and smaller than the xbox one. Slicker too. 4 k hdr is good. Games and content all upscale to 4k. Make sure you have a decent 4k hdr tv though. Recommend Samsung 6000 series. Excellent and not overly expensive for the size.

TL;DR Fantastic console but some info missing.
I'm new to this gen of console gaming (I'm a PC gamer primarily), but given I recently acquired a 4K TV I decided to take the plunge. I have been a PS gamer since 1995 and have never played with an XBOX, so consider me a novice here. After a couple of weeks I am very happy with my purchase. The console (Deep Blue) is gorgeous. It is very slick, has a lovely colour and even my SO likes it. I can't believe the power the machine has given its small form factor. It is incredibly quiet, even with a disc in it, and consumes very little power. The controller is highly ergonomic and incredibly comfortable to hold - I don't get hand cramps like I used to with my PS3 controller. A shame that it takes AA batteries, but the Microsoft 'Charge and Play' pack solved that problem. The console looks great and is happy handling 4K UHD Blu Rays (which no other console is!) I've also found myself really enjoying catching up on a couple of years of console games. While XBOX has few exclusives (they are all available on Windows), being able to play sat at the settee on a large TV makes a big difference and is very enjoyable. The XBOX browser is easy to navigate (if a little tricky to fully personalise - and there are too many adverts!) and I've really enjoyed watching the NBA in High Def with very little effort. It isn't all perfect, though. I think Microsoft need to do more to advertise the fact that some 4K TVs won't be able to take advantage of all of the console's features. For instance, my TV won't project HDR images as it doesn't have a 10-bit display. Secondly, I found the Microsoft Store confusing - I pre-ordered the console and it didn't make it clear enough that it would be dispatched on release date (I expected, as with every other pre-order I've ever made) that I'd receive the item on release date. I was also surprised to discover that the rumble feature on the controller is very noisy - it makes a strange beeping sound. I can't tell if this is deliberate or a fault, but either way it is noisy. On the whole, however, I'm very pleased with my purchase and while technically the console is eclipsed by the PS Pro for raw gaming power, for anyone who wants a home entertainment centre that also plays games, this is quite literally the best option out there.

Pre-ordered the storm gray for release on the 21st of October did not receive till 24th , so I guess I will not pre-order anything from Microsoft and they link your bankcard with your xbox . as for the xbox one s its fine only two things I do not like is 1. power lead is for to short compared to how long the old one was , 2nd. you can hear the fan more than the older xbox one.

Looking for a new Xbox One S? Walmart in the United States has rolled out a really good deal where you can get the 500 GB Battlefield 1 system for just $200 pre-tax. This is the "storm gray" version of the console; a matching controller and a copy of Battlefield 1 are also included in the package.
Walmart offers free, two-day shipping, though you'll pay extra for tax depending on where you live. Go to the retailer's website here to learn more and place an order. It's not immediately clear when the deal will end, so if you're interested, you may want to act sooner rather than later (via Major Nelson).
There are usually good deals available for Xbox One hardware, so if this deal comes to an end soon, another may pop up. The going rate right now on Amazon for a 500 GB Xbox One is around $250.
