Xbox Live Sign-In Issues. Unless you're having issues with your local internet connection, Xbox Live sign-in issues can be caused by service outages on Microsoft's side. These outages can someone be system-wide and sometimes occur only in specific locations or with specific users. See: Is Xbox Live Down?. Sometimes, the outage is over and sign-in issues persist. To fix Xbox One Xbox Live sign-in problems, perform a full reboot of your system, also known as a powercycle, cold restart or hard reset. Great App But Needs Work. this is a great app, you can listen to all kinds of music for free, even if you dont have a subscription, but you have to deal with 30 second ads about every 4 songs or so if you dont have a subscription, so far i have experienced 2 problems, 1 is sometimes the app will freeze and you have to close the app, for me it took awhile before it would close, after i pressed quit on it, my 2nd problem i foud was when i was playing a game, if i go to the app to change the song while in a game, sometimes the game will crash, but so far ive had no issues when i just leave the app alone and let it play automatically idk if anyone has had these issues or not, but this is what ive experienced so far, overall i love the app, just think it still needs some work. 113 out of 127 people found this helpful. screen saver/spotify premium. i had no issues other than it needs a screen saver. and those who complain about the ads should take note of the fact that you must be a premium member of spotify to get no ads, ulimited skips and many other percs. 33 out of 35 people found this helpful. Well it`s about damn time. I always have Spotify up when i`m gaming, and i`ve been really hoping to do it through my Xbox as opposed to my phone and a separate bluetooth speaker forever. Failure to launch. From as early as November 20th this app has refused to start and stayed at the loading screen for hours. I have deleted the app and then reinstalling it to see if this will work.
