Minecraft cheats xbox one

Newer players often like to explore, but once they stop exploration, especially in an abandoned mine, they get lost and end up somewhere totally different, away from home. Short of remembering where you last slept and copying the X, Y, and Z values for future editing back to spawn/preferred place, use the following tricks to never get lost: Explore systematically: If you find a fork in the road, or multiple forks, take them one at a time. When you reach an end, and mining near it yields nothing, then either mark it or use a common block (like gravel) to seal a path off. Set breadcrumbs: While mining and exploring, be sure to mine up bits of the floor, using cobblestone or a block different from the floor as a pointer to the way out; or an ore block to note an intersection, so you have something to identify where you began later. While this will damage your pick more, knowing the way back is more valuable than a tool, especially since the wooden planks in abandoned mines are abundant. Keep natural landmarks: Scoop up the first source of water that leads to nowhere, but leave everything else. Some of the water flowing from walls may be useful for exploration. Also, if there is lava out of your way, do not go out of your way to put it out -- it emits light, which may be encased in a structure with glass (panes) as natural lighting. Know the way outside, and know when there is lava: Torches emit a bright light that fades into warmer tones. Lava has a brighter radius of light, meaning its brightest point is larger. If you see light that you did not create, then it is obviously a lava pool. Outside light on the other hand uses cooler tones. When you are near ground, it does not have the warmth of torch light, taking on a more fluorescent white color near the rock, or at night time, a light shade of blue. Obsidian is a block that takes 15 to 50 seconds to collect. It requires 15 seconds with a diamond pickaxe, and 50 seconds with anything else. If you are wanting to make a near-indestructible building or structure, obsidian the best choice. Sometimes it is naturally occurring, but often times it must be manually made. First, you will need to find flat lava that is not flowing. Then, collect water with a bucket, and put the water onto the lava. Alternately, find flat water and collect lava. A blackish-purplish block should appear, which is obsidian, and requires a long time to collect. It is much easier to just spawn obsidian, but you will need a mod to be able to spawn it in Single Player mode. Spleef multiplayer game. Many Minecraft players like to play a free-for-all game called "Spleef". It basically consists of two or more players creating a square stadium (approximately 15 to 20 blocks long or wide) that is floating or above lava or water. The object of the game is to destroy the blocks (stone and dirt are best) around your opponents either with or without tools. Players can choose whichever tools to use, but you can also set rules (for example, no diamond pickaxes). The goal is for the players to try and make their opponents fall through the stadium to eliminate them. The last player standing is the winner. Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points: Taking Inventory (10 points): Open your inventory. Getting Wood (10 points): Punch a tree until a block of wood pops out. Benchmaking (10 points): Craft a workbench with four blocks of wooden planks. Time to Farm! (10 points): Make a Hoe. If you bake a cake for the first time in Minecraft, you will receive an achievement titled 'The Lie', a reference to Valve's 'Portal' series in which a recurring theme is a cake to be rewarded to you at the end of the game, and the writing on the walls in some secret alcoves saying 'The cake is a lie.' many times. Submitted by: genbankston. EditHIM Easter Egg. If you are on a foggy day, look closely. If you are lucky, you may see a person with default skin but with white eyes, dubbed by Notch, 'Herobrine,' or simply HIM. You may even (most rare thing you can think of) find him in the Pocket Edition of Minecraft (the only mob). Submitted by: truethat07. EditStick to Edge. The Crouch button controls whether you crouch or not. When crouched, your character will stick to an edge if you try to walk off. You simply can't fall when you do this. Submitted by: moosedog_00. EditHow to Get 'The End' Achievement. First make sure you have some Eyes of Ender. Then find a stronghold and find the teleporter. Put the eyes in and the portal will be activated. Make sure you have a Diamond sword, bow with at least 100+ arrows. When you teleport there you will see tall Obsidian towers. Go on top of them and destroy all of the pearl looking things. These heal the dragon and getting rid of these is half the battle. Then unload on the dragon with your bow and arrow. When you defeat him he will fly up and explode. A teleporter will drop and you can go through it to watch the Credits and go back to your world. Submitted by: halofreak231. EditNether Bed Bomb. When in the Nether, a powerful weapon is a bed. Place a bed down and try to use it. It will make a huge explosion. Submitted by: thegibbynator. EditMake a Snowman. Ever wanted to see a snowman in Minecraft? Well, you can! These creatures are called Snow Golems. AKA "Snowmans." Here is how you can easily make one. 1. If you have 1 pumpkin and 2 snow blocks, place a snow block anywhere, and place another one on top of it. 2. After placing the two snow blocks, add the pumpkin on the top. And then you've just made a Snow Golem/Snowman. Submitted by: dylanmcferren. EditBreak into the Void. First, create a hole to the Bedrock with a Pickaxe (You may need about 2 for this). Then, Place TNT on the top of the bedrock, all the way up to Layer 127. Explode the TNT, and you've made a hole into the Void. Submitted by: dylanmcferren. EditEasy Enderman Kill. As of patch 1.8+, Endermen have become available/more common, and they drop Ender Pearls, which might have future use (none except mods now!). Just get their attention (put crosshairs on them), and trick them into falling into shallow water. Endermen are killed by water, as well as the sun! Submitted by: rilian108. EditQuick House. Got all of your supplies on the first day, but you don't have time to make a house? Take a door (3 X 2 Woods), mine a short tunnel into the mountain, and place the door so monsters can't get in. All you have to do from there is expand and decorate (if you're interested.) You can also make an easy mine from this location! It doesn't look as nice, but it's affordable in terms of supplies like wood!) Submitted by: rilian108. EditSamus' Helmet from Metroid. If you put a pumpkin in the helmet section of your armor your HUD will turn into the HUD of the galactic bounty hunter Samus Aran from Metroid. (No you won't get any missiles) Submitted by: thegameboy001. EditFree Coal. Put white wood and normal wood in the furnace you get charcoal. It's same as normal Coal. Submitted by: ign_cheats. EditInfinite Water Supply. There are a lot of reasons that you'll want to have a Bucket of Water on your hands (fire, building, farming, irritating friends, making a moat, etc.), but it can get really irritating having to run down to the ocean every tie you want some. Follow this quick tutorial, and you can have a small, endlessly full pool of water wherever you want it! You'll need an Iron Bucket and the ability to dig into the floor a little. 1. Dig a 2 by Hole in the ground that is 1 square deep. 2. Fill your bucket/s with water from the ocean or a lake. You only need 2 deposits, so taking 2 buckets is recommended. 3. Bring the water back to your base and pour 1 Bucket in each corner of the square in the ground. If done correctly, you should have a still 2 by 2 pool of water. Every time you take a bucket and use it on any of the squares, the others refill it to fullness. A simpler version by Ry: You will need 2 water buckets. Now dig a STRAIGHT line with 3 holes like this: If "=" equals a line, make this "===". Dig 3 holes STRAIGHT and then put 1 water bucket in each end and then get the Water from the middle and the water well keep regening so the water is Infinite. Submitted by: ign_cheats. Put one block of obsidian over the chest and then put TNT over that. Then BOOM. You have multiple diamonds. Wear Any Block on Your Head. First, you get a dispenser. To duplicate items, follow the steps below. Have one player open a dispenser and put an item in it. Do not close the dispenser menu. Have a second player destroy the dispenser. The item in the dispenser will break into 64 pieces. Press X to place each of these items. If you press Y, there is a chance the items will disappear instead. (note this may be patched) Invincibility. Follow the steps below to become invincible. If you are in survival mode, get 35 diamonds and a friend to help you. If you are in creative mode, get full diamond armor, a dispenser, and a weapon. Put your armor in the dispenser. Do not close the dispenser menu. Have your friend break the dispenser. Put on your armor. Enter the camera mode where you can see the back of your character's friend, and have your friend attack you. Your armor will disappear, but you will be invincible and can go wherever you want. (note this may be patched) Invisibility. To turn invisible, follow the steps below. Put a boat next to a bed. At night, get in the boat. Without leaving the boat, get in the bed. Have a second player destroy the bed. You will now be invisible and floating. You can kill while invisible, but you cannot pick up or use items. Any items you drop will be lost. (note this may be patched) The Rainbow Sheep. get a sheep spawn egg out of creative, get an anvil and name the sheep egg inside the anvil \"jeb_\" and if you spawn it in after it makes a sheep that changes colors. Note that when you kill it it will still only drop white wool unless you dye it. Unlimited Nether Quartz. If you set up a normal survival Minecraft world, you must go to the nether (after building the portal) then gather any recourses (nether quartz, glow stone, etc). Then go back to the over world. Exit and save then go back onto the world after "resetting the nether" on the world options. Go into the nether. You should still have all of your previous recourses, but the blocks you mined ( nether quartz ore, etc.) should still be there. Mine it again and repeat until you have enough resources! Grumm Glitch. First create a name tag "Grumm". Then name a mob with the name tag. They should turn upside down! Ghast Building. Create in any world. Create a 3 by 3 wool stand, break the wool block in the middle and replace it with a chest. Then light all the wool blocks and voila , there's your ghast statue! Multiple Bonus Chests. Follow the steps below to get multiple bonus chests. Turn the bonus chest option on. Enter a survival game with no seeds. Take the chest. Save and quit. When you return to the map, the chest will be there again. X-Ray Vision. Take a block of glowstone, then an ender pearl. Then dig three blocks down and place the glowstone above you. Then get the ender pearl and throw it at the glowstone. Rainbow sheep. First, grab a name tag and name it jeb_, then click on a sheep and then you have a rainbow sheep! Music Discs. If you want to get music discs, the best thing to do is to arm yourself with a bow. At night, find a Skeleton and a Creeper and get them together. Shoot the Creeper twice. The Skeleton will then be able to kill it with a single blow, and there will be a music disc at the spot where the Creeper died. Fighting Hints. When fighting Zombies, Skeletons, and Spiders, the best strategy is to use a sword and dogs. However, if a dog fights a Spider alone, the Spider will win. Stay close to cats to protect yourself from Creepers. Even untamed cats will help. When fighting Enderman, keep in mind that it is harmed by water. Dragon Killing for Experience. First kill the dragon and then go to the stronghold and throw the dragon's egg. This way the dragon will respawn. Then copy your world from the PSN/Xbox save files. Then you should delete the original world and enter the copy. You will find the dragon again with everything you had! So this is a good way to get lots of experience from killing many dragons. Respawn the enderdragon. If you place four end crystals on each side on the enderdragon nest with the egg on the middle pole, it will respawn the other end crystals on the obsidian towers and then respawn the dragon. Minecraft cheats xbox one

Minecraft 's Better Together update was supposed to make the game more enjoyable for everyone. As it turns out, console fans are a little left out, and I'm not even talking about the fact that PlayStation doesn't have the update at all. What I'm referring to is the Xbox One version of the Better Together update. While that is already a problem, there is even more to deal with. You can't look at your location within the game without using a cheat, which doesn't allow you to track stats and get achievements. Many players find themselves importing a world from the Xbox One Edition, then not being able to access it later. A failure to sync world data error is also common.
